Refer a Patient
Join Our Referral Network
We frequently make referrals for current or prospective members. We prioritize providers who are affordable and convenient for our members and who provide evidenced-based care.
Research shows that therapy and medication together lead to better outcomes, so we encourage all our members to work with a therapist. Most Prairie members have tried psychotherapy, but not all have a therapist today.
Because we don’t treat all psychiatric conditions, we endeavor to provide great options for people who reach out to us seeking care but are not a fit for our treatment program.
From coaching to primary care, if you think your service is a good fit for our members, we’d love to hear from you.
Our Care Partners are beside the patients every step of their way
The Care Partner acts as the patients' primary touchpoint throughout their care journey. Our dedicated Care Partners routinely check-in with them, and answer any questions about the medication that they may have. Additionally, they will be always available via unlimited messaging should anything come up.
As mental health professionals, they not only coordinate care with our psychiatrists, but also perform psychosocial techniques to help relieve the patients' anxiety and depression.
